Alright, I guess they didn't want to pick up the phone to hear my complaint. I feel so disappointed at this point and more so for my daughter because the order was placed for her 16th birthday dream dress. Believe it or not we got the package today, and we already have a problem with it, the zipper on the shipping bag sawed in upside down and broken so you can't actually open the package without cutting the zipper off, then what? Then the scummy company is going to make you pay for damaging their
"pretty RTR shipping bag" and we didn't even look inside yet. I was trying to reach customer service and I've been on hold for two hours, now automated system saying that they are closed. I bet they were afraid to answer the phone. I wrote an actual complaint to them already, haven't heard back. I guess they had a lot of complaints to deal with today huh. Stay away from them. I really don't think it worth the trouble.
