Terrible service... terrible experience. Got the dress eventually, but had to call RTR multiple times to chase down where it was. After it did not arrive on the first day, I called them numerous times the second day. They could not locate the dress, so had to contact the delivery company directly... who told me it would take an hour to find the dress. Then had to go and intervene the delivery truck and pick up myself. Staff were painfully unhelpful throughout the entire process, not up to customer service needed for a company like that. @RENTTHERUNWAY #myRTR

Customer service is atrocious. No phone number for the physical location and no one from corporate will let you know if your garment has arrived. My wife is freaking out about a black tie wedding tommorow and the customer service gave them an email to contact for more info no one responds to. And she paid up for a pro membership. Obviously not making money on repeat rentals.

I wish that I could write a review for their general customer service instead of for a physical store; I have been in contact with RTR four times in the last week. It took a fourth phone call and complaining to get a response from someone. Each time I talked to a customer service rep, they took my contact info and said they would call me right back. After three days and three phone calls, I hadnt received a return call. Extremely disappointing and frustrating for a Pro Member who regularly rents and does a lot of business with RTR.

For the first twenty or so minutes the store was wonderful! It is very welcoming and cute looking. However, there is a definite lack of communication on how walk-ins work. We has to ask at the "in-store pick up" desk to get on the fitting room waiting list, which was a 1.5 hour wait. After our wait we were not informed of what to do in order to get our fitting room. At this point, after asking multiple employees, we discovered that we were supposed to pick our 5 dresses to try on BEFORE we had left for the 1.5 hour wait-- even better, the dresses we had gone there to try on had been taken by someone else and the employees basically said "sorry that sucks." I was very disappointed that there was only ONE of each dress in stock, meaning that the majority of the dresses would not fit you specifically. Overall this experience was a hot mess, unorganized and frustrating. Stick to the website.
