Having been a patient of Dr Renda for over nine years. I can honestly say that Dr. Renda is a very good physician. He has been a help to me and my family numerous times. He is personable, professional and knowledgeable. It is unfortunate that his staff are unprofessional and often mean to patients as I have witnessed. As a result I have sadly had to find a new physician. This was not an easy decision. I like Dr. Renda, but I believe that as head of the practice it is the doctors responsibility to have a courteous and caring staff. There is very little “care” OF or FOR the patient by his staff.Dr. Renda's office Staff are an embarrassment to themselves, Dr. Renda and the medical profession.
Dr Renda is a good doctor, unfortunately good doctors don’t always make great leaders.
Ultimately Dr. Renda is responsible for his practice. That is why I have had to find another doctor.
In good faith I could not recommend Dr. Renda to the public, If I was a prospective new patient I would pass there are a lot of good doctors with nicer staff!
