The staff is unprofessional and impossible to reach. When you ask for a supervisor’s or director’s email the receptionist claims to not have it in from of her. (I must say that every time I call the male receptionist picks up he is very helpful.) If you need something as simple as a receipt it takes weeks for you to get it. They lose the children documents. I have to submit my child’s physical 3 times and they still kept asking even after I told them that I have to pay $10 to get the form filled out. They do not communicate in a timely manner with their providers so when they need something is always for yesterday but when you need something you have to wait forever. I will not recommend this place.

would not recommend this day care to any mother with a toddler child. I pulled my 2 year old daughter out of Rena Day Care after waiting 6 weeks for an approval because of how inadequate and incompetent the teachers were. Not only were they late on a regular basis they were also more concerned with leaving home early than with the care of my child.

On one occasion I found my daughter with a bruised lip and the teacher had no idea how she got it. The next day the other teacher said she hit herself with the plastic beds they sleep on. On another occasion I found her with dry blood on her nose. The teacher said she had a nose bleed needless to say having the courtesy to wipe her nose was out of the question.

My daughter adapted to her new day care immediately which only proves my suspicions that she was not being cared for as she should have been.
