I have not had a good experience with Remedy Staffing. I was not paid for the time I worked. I experienced a brief disregard for my time I worked and for the work I put in. I will not recommend anyone with experience working for staffing agencies to join this one. They have people who are on the list to work before you(who are not of this country), their recruiters are rude, smug, and just want you to sign up with them, so they will tell you anything. I received a pay card which was invalid due to the so called excuse "because of the holidays we can not put your check on the pay card". After being told rudely by the receptionist that my check is there to be picked up, I go and pick it up and I received an excuse that my check was printed at another branch after being told by three people they were working on finding my check. I did not get a call back for permanent work at FEDEX due to lack of communication; not on my part. I showed up to work and I was not on the list to work for that day, I left. Yet, I was not paid for the day I did work. This is very unnecessary for a company like this to promise people work but do not show the people that work for them any respect. I guess I will have to accept this for now. I do not want to contact your branch anymore. I have made my attempts to receive a prompt response. I have not received it. I will not chase you for my money. I however will deal with this matter accordingly. People work to get payment for their time not for a company to take advantage of workers.

GREAT PLACE. I recently applied, I was in need of a job asap and they were able to place me in a very great job. What really convinced me was their excellent customer service, I was treated very nice compared to other agencies I worked for in the past. I feel very comfortable calling my recruiter Magaly Abanto, for she is such a great person with so much patience. I remembered the day I applied, the place was so crowed that I was actually interviewed by a man whom ended up being the owner. It is very rare to actually find a place in which the owners have so much interaction with everyone else. Great man I can say, not sure if he will read this review but THANK YOU JOHN CARAVELLA .......

I highly recommend it!!!! I have been working under Remedy Staffing for 6 months and can't complaint. Never had problems with my payments nor my assignments. Great quality of customer service and wonderful recruiters. I have been treated with respect but most of all they are always able to help right away.
