Reliance Cleaners

I went in the morning at 7:30. Regular business hours and there was a guy to standing in the back of the store, witch i know is the owner. and he sow me at the counter waiting, i waited for him at least 5 min to actually approach me, then when he did he came up to the counter and started to play with his computer not even acknowledging that im there then he started to tell me i cant take your laundry the owner is dead. i had at 12 items to give in that would have been at least a 90$ sale! because there prices are high but they do a great a job! so once i heard what he was saying i walked right out i didnt say a word and went some where else. if he does not want to do buiness them he should close and go home! i will never ever go back in there and i have been a custmore for over 15 years. and i hate writing a bad review, but this was one of my worst expreincess at a retail outlet!
