In a recent experience, after an offer was approved to purchase a condominium apartment, broker failed to assist buyer in getting good information on Condominium Association. Broker did not disclose that the building's former commercial tenants have the building listed on the EPA website because of their storage of hazard materials. Also broker did not disclose any relationship with the listed broker on the unit. Later learned both own units in the same building.
