Reliable Grooming

Disgusting facility and horrible treatment of animals. I should have payed attention to the prior reviewer, but decided to take my chances with horrendous results. If you are looking for a new groomer who treats animals well, this is not the place. If you do decide to take the chance and use this groomer, examine your pet before you leave.

First time i took my baby Yorkie who is about to be 2 in June the service was exceptional. Second time not so much for this I will not be returning to this location ever! And I have told all my friends who own small pups as well. When I took my dog the last time my dog had a set appointment at 3:00 pm (which is the last appointment of the day). There was no other dogs there except for the one that was hanging around in the shop, the guy told me he would be done in a hour. I leave and as I'm on way to the mall I get a call that my baby was ready, I head out to go visit my boyfriend at his job and my baby isn't acting the same as he normally is (which is hyper) he was crying and didn't want to walk. I inspected him before I left and just saw he was quiet, the next day comes and I find myself playing with my baby and they cut my dog underneath his left front leg. It had dried blood and when i touched it he cried. I find it really disturbing that I would pay $75.00 to get my baby cleaned up and they didn't even have the decency to tell me they hurt my dog malicious intent or not, maybe if he was more careful and not rush next time! They called me to make another appointment and explained my situation to the owner who was apologetic but regardless I will not take my dog there ever again!!
