Reliable Cleaners

After nearly 10 years using Reliable we noticed recently that their normally friendly attitude changed when we had work done on our street and they couldn't drop off and pick up for a week. Well they didn't come the next two weeks after roadwork was completed and seemed put out that we asked them to recommence service. When one of our garment bags went missing and we asked for a replacement they seemed very put out, chastising my wife that they only give out 1 bag. After leaving them a harsh message, unreturned, they haven't picked up again so we're switching cleaners. Perhaps management has changed or we weren't on their route, but disappointing nonetheless.

Reliable in name and actions. Friendly and helpful. Always our first choice.

I've been a regular customer for years and I've always been very happy with the results. The owners are very nice people and they have always worked their magic on stains since I'm a pretty messy person. The prices aren't amazingly cheap but I'd say they're worth it.

Ripped and LOST my clothes...The prices are sky high, the owner is a very abrasive. BUT, I had heard they were a good cleaner. So, I took my laundry there. I overlooked the abrupt service and prices for the first month. Then, they lost a shirt. ok, that can happen. Then they lost another and ripped a shirt. I called the owner and complained; his response? "We have never lost a shirt, and we've never ruined a shirt." Then he hung up. Don't chance it.
