I went to appraise my car there. The car is in a very good condition. The guy mentioned in a rude way WITHOUT seeing the car yet that he is not going to give what I am asking for! I told him at least see the car and let me know the best you can offer! He had an attitude for no reason. Took a look at the car and gave the lowest offer I had from 12 other dealers! I don't mind that he didn't want the car, but I do mind the way and the attitude. I don't recommend this dealer, unless you are looking to deal with someone rude and non-professional.

I am normally one to give the benefit of the doubt to any business. I always hope that there is something that precipitated any bad experience I may encounter. Perhaps the employees/owners were having a bad personal day. Perhaps lots of things. And even so, I don't normally take the time to write a review (unless it was just a stellar experience). However, I find I just had to take the time for this one.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RELIABLE CAR-N-CARE!!!!!

They are cheats and liars. They act as though they truly want to help get you in to a good car, taking time to go over everything with you and offering solutions. I never felt pressured or hassled or manipulated. But that's what makes them such unprofessional liars: that is precisely how they are EXCELLENT MANIPULATORS.

I bought a 2005 Honda Pilot. They gave me a song and dance about how they wanted to take it to a Honda dealer to do a full inspection and make sure everything was perfect before I got into it. They said the tires were in excellent shape (and based on every video and article I read about how to tell, they did indeed seem that way). They only offered a 30 day warranty on the power train of the car. But after what I felt was a good inspection on the engine and body (not to mention everything sounded so perfect when I drove the car each time before leaving with it) I felt that I would be safe.

Not one day went by before the TPMS light started coming on constantly. The tires started losing air. Luckily, my father-in-law is very knowledgable and fixed the tires. But the light keeps coming on. I am a very busy person and I didn't have time to go in and have them fixed by the dealer. I literally went out of town 2 days after buying the car and have only been back in Brooklyn perhaps 6 days since the purchase. They told me they could extend the warranty another week, even though I wouldn't get back to town until the day that 'extension' expired. And, lo and behold, that same day the suspension of the car started to sound terrible. The wheels began to feel shaky whenever hitting a bump; there was a loud loose clanging sound from underneath the car almost every second. The brakes started to squeal. And, now, as of last night, the starter seems to be malfunctioning (it seems like the battery might be dead, but then after the 3rd or 4th try it finally turns over). And now the brake light, the TPMS light, the VSA light and an exclamation point light (no idea what that is) are all lit up. The engine itself sounds fine and there seems to be no problems there. But everything else? Oh, and don't let me forget about the fact that the car has built in GPS but they didn't have the actual DVD to make the program work. And they STILL haven't gotten it to me.

They are liars. Any sort of 'help' they offered before the end of the warranty involved used sub-par products (the spare tire is flat? ok we will find you another one that is used). I am now in a car that needs multiple repairs and the warranty has expired. Rest assured I will be looking into ways to make them responsible for the damages, but for now my advice to you is: STAY AWAY.
