We had a central air conditioning and new boiler installed last year. The boiler work was excellent, and sized appropriately. The air conditioning system was sized properly but the duct work was just ok, unsealed boots, main ducts were run haphazardly, wiring was run in a "as quick as possible" way, low voltage wiring was terminated with caps outside a box to be damaged. All in all it was an ok install, performance is good with the exception of far off runs which don't keep up with the rest of the house, maybe unavoidable. Service is another story, on my first call to Reiner to respond to their post cards and "complimentary" efficiency check I was informed that was only available with in 30 days of the installation. why would you check efficiency after your techs just got done installing? Possibly the worst experience with a service representative I've ever had and will NEVER be calling them for service. Severely disappointed in the follow up.
