Were patient will me as I made decisions on what I wanted, reworking quotes and answering questions. Were prompt and worked cleanly and with minimal disturbance to the household. They were recommended to us by a neighbor and I would do the same.

Thank you Reiner for an excellent job. We called Reiner earlier this summer to replace our air conditioning. Both the salesman and installers were always on time and very polite. We had Reiner install a new heating and air conditioning for our home and could not be happier with the product and personnel. The work was done efficiently, on time, and the work area itself was cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend this company for future work!

Poor customer service, lack of care for the customer. This behavior starts at the top and works itself down to the rest of the staff. I had a complete heating system installed and the automatic water feed did not work from the begining, when I complained about it; they sent a service tech out and he said that it was working. I again complained to my salesperson that it was not working and he never got back to me, I called again and he said that he would pass it on to the service staff but again no follow through. I went to the office and spopke to the Service Mgr. and he did not get back to me as he said he would. I emailed the owner and he caled me back the next day and basically blew me off saying that it's been 4 years and I would be charged for a service call!
