Giant store. Beautiful building and staff is pretty helpful. Except the basement staff are sometimes a little rude. Overall good selection and store

Staff is awesome and really knowledgeable about everything in the store. Sales and discounts are very generous and have a super hassle free return policy. Labour costs on bicycles and skis is very reasonable and turnaround is quick. Rei is always a joy to visit.

Best outdoor gear store in the city by far. The REI flagship store offers a diverse selection of gear covering most outdoor activities. However, with such breadth, it sometimes lacks depth. For example, their selection of snowboarding gear is quite limited, with only around five boots models. However, when it comes to camping and hiking gear, they have all the essentials and their knowledgeable staff can help you pick between different brands and models. If you plan on coming back, make sure to get a membership to get 10% of your purchases back in credits at the end of the year.
