I was a tenant at this location for 1 year. During this time, I had very few issues regarding the facilities and the staff. This being said, the structure for billing and support for tenants can be described as simply despicable. Upon termination of my agreement, errors were made by the sales manager Jennifer Ambroise to my account. These errors resulted in a delay of receipt of my security deposit for over 6 months from the date I moved out. As of the date of this review, I still have not received my security deposit. I was hesitant in writing this review because I feel strongly that everyone should be given a fair opportunity to address complaints and issues before a formal complaint or public review be made. After numerous unanswered calls and emails as well as apologies and promises this would be rectified by the sales manage Jennifer Ambroise... I have no other options.
Regus Corp requires all billing questions and concerns to be addressed by sales managers of their respective offices. There is no corporate contact information available anywhere for customers. The sales manager at this location has admitted and apologized repeatedly for the circumstances regarding my agreement; however, in 6 months she has still yet to provide me with any answers regarding my security deposit. At one point I received a bill from Regus for one year's rent stating I was in default of my contract and to contact their legal department to resolve. Upon contacting the legal department and explaining my situation, a conference call with aforementioned sales manager was made. The legal action was dismissed immediately and I was promised this would be rectified quickly then after. This was over 3 months ago.
Regus Corporations billing polices are confusing, disorganized, and inconvenient. The sales manager at the Totowa location was helpful during my tenure as a tenant, but upon lease termination has been absolutely terrible to deal with. I have been ignored and treated with the utmost disrespect. I was a good tenant and “Never” difficult to work with; my rent was paid timely and I adhered to all responsibilities of a tenant. In good conscience, I could never recommend Regus Corporation and/or specifically Regus Totowa to anyone looking for shared office solutions. As a professional in the field of customer service, I understand that mistakes are inevitable. How we address these mistakes is what is most important; ensuring the client's concerns have been addressed is imperative. Regus & sales manager Jennifer Ambroise have failed miserably at their responsibility of providing even sub-par customer service. At this point I have no other option than to proceed with legal action. This has been a terrible experience that could have been avoided.
