I gave a Kapota (long coat) to get cleaned right before a holiday. and needed it in time.. turns out someone took it by mistake. The coat was eventually found and returned

What they did for me at the moment blew my mind.. The owner called a local outfit and made sure that I had a new coat in time for the holiday. Without it I would have been in a serious bind. He did not need to do what he did but went out of his way and for that I am forever grateful.

This place stinks. The owner and guy behind the counter is incredibly rude to his customers. He lets friends cut in line, gets mad and YELLS at you for asking any slight question about the garment and is not at all mindful or aware of his position in the "service" industry.
