I recently brought my car there for a repair after an accident. It took them over 3 weeks to fix the car door. I dropped it off and checked status a week after and I was told it was still not being worked on. I called a second week and got the same response. They held my car in the garage for 2 weeks without doing work to it while I'm renting a car to get to and from work. My car was in good condition to drive and if I would have known it was going to sit in the garage for 2 weeks I would have dropped it off when they were ready to do real work to it. After I received my car my tints/window was messed up and they told me to bring it back to repair. I dropped it off to only get a call back from them telling me they need to order the window and I can pick up the car and bring it back when the window arrived or leave my car there. Another inconvenience for me. If these were true professionals they would know to have the parts ready for when they tell a customer to bring the car in that they need to fix due to their mess up. They were aware of the issues that needed to be fixed and wasted my time to go there to tell me they don't have the part. So why even bother telling me to bring the car back ? They were not prepared to make the repair. Finally, when the car is being fixed I was smoking a cigarette outside where they were doing the repair and they told me if I can go elsewhere or inside because the "mechanic" does not like to be watched. First of all, the first job they did was bad and if I wanted to stand there and watch him work on my 2015 car I have the right to. Any person who knows what he's doing wouldn't be afraid of being looked over. I would never go there again, nor will I recommend anyone to go there. They need lots of improvement.
