Love this place!!!!! I had a strawberry cider that was delicious. I also love the giant pretzel with gourmet cheese dipping sauce. Its locate across the street from the prudential center so its perfect before a game or concert and during the week there is a nice young professional crowd.

Go during happy hour because they have drink and food happy hour specials. The pretzel was awesome and so were the wings. Naturally the beer is good and the outfits are a little tacky but they tried to make it more German-esque

This place could be a really nice bar to come and eat but the service does not match the decor. And by far the worst service I've had in some time. The bartender (Jeston) acted as if he is doing us a favor by coming here with his poor attitude. Not sure he just didn't want to wait on us or what but in order for any success here he and others need to get into the customer service business and if not you will lose business and potentially close down. This location has a history of failed businesses so do not allow this place to fall in this category. The date time group is July 10, 2016 @ 10:16 PM. I will follow up with this to see if this improves and the proper management changes the environment.

Yesterday July 08, 2016 I was celebrating my bird day with my coworkers, we all wrok for a law firm and we all are regular customers, but yesterday I had the worst service that a customer can get, the please was empty and we atood since lunch 1pm up to 6pm and they never cleaned are table, I had to keep standing to call the bartender, to order food, and we even had a wrong check, and even like that we had to tip the "service"...
