Food was good. I ordered the Blue Ribbon burger (good) w the Garlic Herb Fries (not so great)... our server Jordan was really nice BUT food took sooooo long to come out. My kids were served first, which took about 15-20mins to come out (not bad) but then my husband and I waited about another 30 mins or so for our food. Restaurant NEEDS cleaning, especially under the tables (disgusting). Our Freckled Strawberry Limeade was watery (this is what i look forward to when we go to ANY RR and unfortunately was VERY disappointed.

Came here when they opened up and of course the place was nice and clean. Food looked good on the menu and on my plate but was a different story when I got home after visiting this place. Not a good first impression for a place that just opened up.

I always go to the one and clifton and they never let me down i tried this one in secaucus and it was a total disappointment (i ordered and picked up didn't eat in). they didn't do anything i specified. Food was cold even after i told them the exact tme i was going to pick it up gave them a 3 hour heads up and ,y food just just looked/made sloppy like they just threw in in the box and they skimped me on fries i only got like 5 french fries. deff never ordering from there again.

If you want the followings, go to this store:
1. Rock-hard cold buffalo wings that u cant chew on
2. Burgers with cold beef that takes 45 mins to come out
3. Milkshakes that are not cold but remains thick for some reason?
However, staff were friendly and they tried their best to fix our problems.

Don't bother to go there. Horrible customer service. Table was sticky and dirty. Under table spilled drinks or juice my shoes sticked to the floor. We were waiting for drinks 20 mins and for food 30 even though place was almost empty. Appetizers (mini pretzels) were microwaved and some of them still frozen. When they finally served the food I had to wait for utensils for next 5 mins
