Red Mango

Customer service Sucks! We waited 10 minutes for assistance till this guy cam out andspoke to us with the worst attitude everrrr! The strawberries were bad and I asked him to change it he said no its good and just threw some in my bowl without asking me and I was putting some brownies and got some yoghurt on the spoon so he pulled the spoon from my hand and almost raised his voice at me! Simply that was the worst experience ever! I advice everyone to go to twist or cups they even get better flavours!

I've been here several times, as my wife enjoys the dark chocolate flavor they have. However, this place does not come close to matching the quality and service of the many, many other options in the area (Twist, Let's Yo, Cups, etc.)

They basically have the same flavors every time, and the majority of them taste pretty bad, and my wife agrees. Flavors like the Pina Colada or Mango Greek just taste artificial and gross. Another issue is just the quality of the storefront: several times the bathroom has been out of order, a few times particular flavors we were interested in were out of order, and any time we had a coupon to use or a Red Mango club card deal the guy running the register seemed lost and made it a hassle. There is very rarely anyone else in the store, and I think I see why, especially since Twist is right across the street and it is better.

The biggest plus is the ample parking, and that's not saying much for the store itself. Go to one of the other options.
