I have been a member of Club Mango since August 2013. We like going to this location since it is close to our home. I was so disappointed with the service I received tonight that I want to write a review of this Rochelle Park, NJ location. I told the staff that I got an email of a 20% offer. She said my card could not be read, was not registered etc. I am forgetful and was not sure so I let it slide. In double checking my emails, she was wrong as my card is registered and it should have been preloaded already with the discount. I told her that my family frequents the store and am surprised my card does not work. She offered to locate my profile using my phone number and zip and she found it... to my dismay she still did not apply the 20%. Last time, I got an email about my $5 reward and they said it doesn't show in my card account as well. Since this is the second time that I am not able to claim my reward, I find it discouraging to go here anymore, especially there are so many alternatives in the area frozen peaks, cups, tutti frutti, etc. I feel they are cheating loyal customers. Such a shame as we do like their frozen yogurt and toppings.
