Red Mango

The customer service is great and the employees are very nice.

This is a pretty clean location. They wipe down the counters quite often and they really do enforce the use of one tasting cup per try rule and they also wipe down the scale which is a nice practice.

Only one size to serve yourself. Very small location.

Red Mango has to be my second favorite Fro-Yo place and this location makes a great addition to the neighborhood. It's close by the train and it's in the Rego Park Mall. I personally like the fact that this location is self-served and you can mix and match flavors/toppings. I'm not a crazy fan of their flavored frozen yogurt, therefore I stick with the original flavor and top it off with some fresh fruits. Red Mango's fro-yo is creamier and sweeter compared to other frozen yogurt places. however there customer services SUCKS.... they always put there topping at 930 when they close at 10. there is nothing to choose from I mean WTHell give the a better customer services specially in this location when you have 3 malls around you.

This is exactly why I thought self service was a horrible idea. I was with a friend and we were walking passed this place one day and thought "the red mango by my house is great I'm sure this is too" so we went in. Well, it was a wreck; ice cream on the floor, condiments everywhere, and some horrible sanitary issues. Don't even get me started on the unprofessional and rude customer service. The worst part was probably when I saw not one but two middle aged children put the condiment spoon, only one that we all use, in their mouth. I would never return to this disgusting ghetto dump. It truly does give red mango a horrible name.
