Red Lobster

Food is horrible!! Asked the waitress to not bring me any microwaved food!! She looked at me and said we don't microwave food!! Clearly my rice wasn't fresh, she replaced it with corn on the Cobb which was no better!! Lobster tail was not done and long island ice tea was lemonade, no more Red lobster for me, use to b my mom's favorite the only reason we came today!!!

This place should be closed down. The service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. The food was disgusting, the place smelled like vomit and management staff seemed non existent. I wouldn't let my dog eat here.

I went to red lobster in valley stream and the service was horrible!!!! At first the waiter try to sell himself as being a good waiter. It took a good half hour 45 minutes for him to get our drinks. The place was not crowded at all. After waiting an hour an a half for our food we got up to leave when the waiter with the manger came out with the food. My husband told them we didn't want it. The manger had the nerve to ask my husband for his number and ask if she can take him out for dinner!!! Of course she waited for me to walk out with our children. The service sucks and the manger is a nasty hoe with no class! Never again.

Disgusting!!!!!! Last night as I sat down to eat with my friend for a after work meal.As we sat down we open our menus and as we look down at the table a nasty ROACH CRAWLING ON THE DAMN TABLE immediately we smash it cause that's freaking nasty.i walk to go get management but my waitress stops me I inform her of the situation and shortly the manager comes over and explains that they just sprayed yesterday (I'm in disbelief that she's actually telling me this like it helps the situation any ) and that they "roaches" come out of hiding cause of the fumigation that took place the day prior. She says she's appreciative we didn't cause a scene and if she could switch our table because this table is apparently where they I.e the roaches are I nearly cussed I was so disgusted and there lack of concern seeming that they had a packed resturant.long story short we were offered a appetizer which why the hell would I care about eating at you establishment after you blatantly told me about your infestation umm no. Word to the wise THIS LOCATION HAS ROACHES THAT WILL PROBABLY BE IN YOUR FOOD IN YOUR CLOTHES ON YOUR TABLE AND ON YOUR BILL AS THEY WILL STILL BE OPEN TO SERVE FOOD WITH A SIDE OF ROACHES...yuck

Waiters tend to forget you exist, about 90% of the time which is crazy. It's safe to say it must be a Red lobster thing at least At this location.
The over all issue is just the costumer service it self and the common ethics of waiting on a table. Even for the waiters that aren't attending to the table, I don't want to hear you going off about not wanting to vaccum the carpet, or yelling "Oh nah, I aint doing that you trippin".
