horrible service. waited over half hour no order taken no drinks nothing while others came got their drinks and orders delivered while we waited. complained and they took a simple ice tea order but never came back with it. we walked out. never going back. google rating is deceiving for bad service and over priced frozen fish.

Half the tables are empty yet there is a 30 min wait. Wait stuff is so slow they seem to be sleepwalking. What a letdown. Never again.

Excellent service, though waiting time is quite long. Food is great during lobster fest.

It was two of us and a baby in a car seat. When we arrived there was a wait and we were handed the seating device. We were told 20mins but it was about 10mins before it went off. The restaurant was packed but we got good seats. The food was reallllllllly good and warm! Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The only complaint I have is the sling they give you to place the car seat on. It was very shaky and unlike other restaurants I've ate at there was no straps to keep the car seat stable.

REd lobster is overpriced but the quality of the food its in is own league. When I go red lobster I first order the unlimited shrimps and the shrimp . I love going to red lobster because it so mouthwatering and they never disappoint me. The waiters are horrible and they are always in hurry.
