Red Lobster

The food was great and the presentation was great not to mention I had a great waitress. She gave 5 star service. I wish I remembered her name. She was a blonde woman. She made our experience their great. We left and my friend realized she had to go to the rest room. We went back with her she was not allowed to use their rest room. We begged the security guard and asked for the manager. The manager never came out. Security spoke to the manager and he refused us. We spent $100 in an establishment but could not return to utilize the rest room. What was the big deal, people were still dining. My friend had a stroke not too long ago so I was angry for her. We even had dogie bags in our hands showing that we were there. I never experienced this in any other Red a lobster. I will never return to the time square Red Lobster again!!

Beware of the dirty silverware. The waitress brought multiple sets of silverware because the forks and knives were filled with prior food residue. The cleaners do not santize the eating area before seating next guest. The bathroom was horrendous w. dirty feminine kotex all over the floors and bloody urine in multiple stalls. I expected way more from a Red Lobster in this location.

This red lobster is the best infact the red lobsters in newyork are alot better than any where else the prices in newyork are higher so if ur from out town do not exspec to pay the same that u would in the mid west. That goes for alot of franchises. However the svs is also better, mych mire professional. Dont forget gratuities!

Great place for good food, usually there is a wait to be seated but not a long wait. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Always came by to ask how was our meal and came to refill our water glasses. Food is pretty good here and prices are expensive and tips are included in the bill. Overall good place to try at least once in your life.
