Red Lobster

I called on 11/22/15 at 645pm to place an order for pick up. The hostess who answered the phone said hold on after I told her I would like to place an order for pick up. She put me on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up and called again. When she answered my second call, she sighed in annoyance and said "what do you want" . When I got to the restaurant 10 minutes later there weren't many diners.

I dined in a few days prior. My salad was fresh in top and rotting on the bottom. I only realized after I took a bite and tasted something sour. I also had to wait until the end of my meal for my passion colada, which by the time it got to me it was already melting and not the way it should taste.

I've been dining here for 15+ years, it's a pity how the quality and customer service as deteriorated as bad as it has at this particular establishment.

Packed on weekends, but quick wait.

This is my fave place to go with my bf on the weekend..we requested our fav waiter preston ..he knew exactly what we wanted down to extra napkins n extra yummy biscuits..we never had to ask him for anything he just remember what to get us..since we are Regulars there. We always get the shrimp nachos and shrimp scampi trio...so good!!
