Their delivery people and supervisors are incompetent. I regularly received no paper on Saturdays and/or the wrong paper on Sundays. I complained numerous times and it never got corrected. I spoke with several customer service people. One was convinced a neighbor was pilfering my paper. I find that highly unlikely. I resided in a condominium building with 24 hour security and video cameras. After I canceled my subscription they harassed me for months with phone calls and emails.
