Hello, my name is Jose A. Hernandez. I have called your office and been treated like trash by your receptionist who just puts me on hold for a half hour and never comes back. The system says the mailbox is full and won't allow me to leave a message. And last time we spoke, maybe a week ago, she promised to get back to me only to completely forget - as if legal issues aren't important and time sensitive.
All I'm asking for is a semi-prompt response and to be treated like a person who's concerns matter.

This person does a great job filing
out my 1099. Shes a great person . You wont be disappointed. From immigration papers to notary etc. She is great i give her credit
