This office will take overpriced listing. IMHO they do not know the neighborhoods or values. IF YOU WANT THE BEST HONEST SERVICE DO NOT LIST YOUR PROPERTY WITH THEM.

Connie Wiermann IS THE WORST of all them she will allow you to over price your property so that she locks the listing until you get desperate then tell you to reduce the price . She does not post complete interior photos to hide the true condition.
