I contacted Real Property Management Landmark by Internet and they responded in minutes. I spoke briefly with Brad about my property and we set an appointment to meet. I own a 2 family home and told him I was having trouble collecting rent from one of the tenants and finding a decent handyman that would show up to do repairs was a real issue. Long story short, after meeting Brad his knowledge was extremely extensive and there is a lot more to renting an apartment than I thought. So, I signed with Brad and it was less expensive then I expected. He had a handyman there in a couple of days. Since then, my rent is paid on time every month. I should of hired a property manager a long time ago.
