What a workout--I left elated! The equipment and the level of instruction are unparalleled in this great metropolis. I learned about Real Pilates after buying Daniel Lyon's book, "PIlates For Men," and was excited to learn that he teaches a group class at 7:00 AM on Wednesday mornings. If you think Pilates is easy--or a nice way to stretch--think again. I felt like I used every single muscle fiber in my body in a maximum way--but without any of the impact or wear and tear from a typical gym-style class. I'm an avid spinner and can't wait to see how a stronger powerhouse impacts my rides.
