I have been out of school for a few years and the program was easy to follow and the instructors all have an effective routine in place so that the students can follow along at a reasonable pace. There is a lot of content to cover, but the instructors were very knowledgeable, took the time to answer questions and gave life examples, as well as made the material very interesting. Instructors Nancy Mosca, Richard Lovell, Esq., Steve Landfield and Dr. Conrad Richards were all excellent at engaging the students. They each brought a different perspective to learning with their unique and varying backgrounds. I would like to thank each of the instructors for helping me pass the class exam and the New York State exam on the first try. I highly recommend this program to those interested in pursuing a career in selling Real Estate. After 29 years in the financial services industry, I look forward to pursuing a new career.
