STAY AWAY!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! I came in to have my wheels road force balanced and my tires and wheels inspected. $65 and 10 minutes later, I am on the side of the road changing to my spare tire. When I return, Ryan tells me that the nut on the TPMS valve was loosened on that wheel and one of my other wheels. Thank God both did not go flat, I only have one spare. He took no responsibility for this whatsoever, he blamed it on whoever installed the TPMS valves, which I had installed one year ago and never had a flat tire until now. I don't even know if he ever road forced balanced the tires or not.
I since had my tires and wheels inspected and I now have a wobble in the hub of the wheel that went flat and the 3 month old tire is feathering.
Don't believe all the positive reviews, that is what brought me here, these guys are greedy, money-hungry liars!
In response to Andre Lavoie's review, the homepage of RCT Performance website says, "Pick Up Your Tires", it says nothing about having to have them installed there. As I said, they are greedy, money-hungry (prejusdice) liars!

Had tired shipped to their from partner company Tire-Easy they forced me to install the tires there no where did it say i had to install my tires at that location. One of their drivers that took my car was burning the clutch in front of me. When i had a defective tire they recharged me again to remount a tire... took them 5 minutes and no balancing still had the same problem with howling noise suggested i rotate my tires myself.... or they could charge me to take 4 wheels off and move them around after they already charged me for mounting and balancing 5 tires and refused to help me in the slightest.... Then i had problems with the Tire-Easy company with the bad/howling tires RCT refused to write an invoice that i had howling tires or to help at all hung up on me. RCT Horrible Customer Service, Overpriced, Charge you for everything, Untrained staff burning my clutch, Once they get their money they refuse to help you unless you throw more money at them.

Have been a customer of RCT since 2010. Ryan and James are courteous and honest. They explain exactly what they will be doing and are upfront about what the cost will be. Have never been given the hard sell on anything there, but one year when I was having winter tires mounted, they explained the benefit of getting a wheel alignment done. I'm glad I did so. You can do business with these guys and know that you will be treated fairly. They have an integrity that's hard to find these days.

Had my tires mounted and balanced and a wheel alignment as well done here and service was very quick and clearly explained why my car needed an alignment. Very good service will be back in the future.

You can't expect anything more from them, true professionals who take their time and care for your vehicle needs.

I wouldn't trust anyone else to do all my wheel, tire, alignments from!
