- Terrible #52397

They are charging in my account every month worth $35 in late fees with the excuse that I have no money in my bank account or on my credit card was denied. EXCUSES! The biggest mistake was to have enrolled AutoPay. No money back. RCN doesn't deserve anything... The wi-fi is not that good. Unfortunately I will be canceling my account! Thanks RCN...!
