Their van blocked the entrance to my building in Long Beach and because of scaffolding there was no other place to stop and unload my groceries. I asked the driver, who was sitting at the wheel to move up so I could unload and he answered, 'when I am ready I will move." then rolled up his window and continued talking on the phone. I parked across the street and made four trips with the bags to the front of the building, each time around his van. When I shut my trunk with the last load he smiled at me and pulled away. Not only rude, but mean.
