William "Joe" Dowdy was the best afro hair care chemist to ever do it. His formulas has even been acquired indirectly by Revlon and many others in the beauty industry. Copycats still try to keep up with Razac's innovation in black hair care. Joe was a trailblazer and had a natural touch in hair care, skin care and other beauty products. He always reached for the best for users of his products and he never sold them short with lame ingredients. I had many conversations with Joe and although we may have disagreed on some issues he was always like a father figure and was always willing to assist me with my endeavors. In this case the product is a fruit of the tree that it fell off. Razac makes good products. Take it from someone who won't settle for less who holds everyone accountable for their actions.
