Raynor goes above and beyond what most people would consider "good" customer service when it comes to taking care of end-users satisfaction. I've had one of the Eurotech office chairs for over 10 years and recently needed a replacement part which they graciously shipped at no charge. Another part of the chair had a problem about 6 months later and they replaced the entire seat. I was simply amazed. They responded quickly and could not have done a better job. Kudos to your customer service team.
