Went in and special-ordered a sofa and chair - both sleepers. Tag said 4-6 weeks; salesman said 4-6 weeks and that things usually come in earlier rather than later. So, regardless, I should have had the sleepers by Christmas. Four weeks later, hadn't heard anything at all, so called and was told things would be in 12/23/15 (suspiciously exactly 6 weeks). About a week before it was due, was told the same thing. Day it was due, was told it still says 12/23 but that there was no tracking number and it usually takes about 8 weeks for a special order, so the lady said she would have to get someone else to trace exactly where the sofas are and get back to me; of course, no one called. Day after it was due, was told that the order would be in 1/4/16. I told them that that was unacceptable and was transferred to a manager who told me an 8-12 weeks special-order time frame but also said give him a chance to find out the "facts" about the order - novel concept. I did, but warned him that I have a house full of people for Christmas and some of us sleeping on the floor since these things didn't come in. So, if we can't sleep on them as we need to now, then I don't want them and I'm not paying for them. Four hours later, a lady called me back and said that the order would be ready 1/4, so, if I wanted to cancel, they would refund me the deposit, or, if I wanted to wait (since the tag in the store for the sofa said 4-6 weeks), they would take $200 off. Considering these were expensive ($2,000-worth of stuff) and they're not helping the sleeping situation right now, I didn't feel $200 was sufficient. I didn't haggle, and they didn't either, so I have a feeling that this happens with them all of the time. Too bad - the pieces would have been pretty, but I don't care enough to support such incompetence.

ZERO STARS!!!! Please DO NOT USE THIS STORE AND AVOID IT ANY POSSIBLE WAY. SALESPEOPLE LYING IN ORDER TO SELL AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING JUST TO PUSH A SALE AND EARN A COMMISSION.
We bought 2 Tempur Pedic mattresses , paid in full and were promised next day delivery since we are moving out in 2 day. Salesperson, she assured us that we WILL get it delivered next day for sure.
Delivery company called us in the morning saying that time frame 1-4pm. We took day off from work and were sitting and waiting for them. No one showed up. Around 4pm someone called and said driver behind the schedule and will come between 4-7pm. Fine! It is 8pm and no one is here. My husband called delivery company and they told him that they can't reach the driver and not sure if delivery happening today..... Long story short... We still don't have our shipment, no communication from delivery company... Most likely will cancel that order and do a charge back.
Just be aware of this scammers and don't waste your time on this store!!!! Horrible, Horrible experience......

Oh, how I wish there was a 0 stars. My Grandparents ordered a mattress and it was supposed to be delivered today by 1PM. I spent the day at their house moving furniture and cleaning in preparation of the new mattress. we received a call around 2 saying they are running late at would be closer to 4PM. Since then we have made several attempts to call and ask for an ETA. on numerous occasions we got "cut off". So now it is 7:15 and we finally get a hold of the supervisor. His answer was it will be at least another hour and a half. So they are expecting to deliver a mattress 8 hours After the expected delivery time. I understand that the delivery people are probably outsourced to a moving company, but this is still a reflection of their company and who not to buy from. We called and said "cancel the order". This is ridiculously poor service. Please don't buy from them.

Salespeople are misinformed, management is misguided, however the worst experience one can have is dealing with the "customer service" people, the people whose job it is to process your payment. This Customer Service Rep questioned my signature on my credit card and then after some heated words, told me she would call the Police and have me escorted out the Store...HELLO, I was trying to leave the store when the Salesperson couldn't enter the correct SKU, I was trying to leave when the Manager told me there was a delivery charge of $55 after the Salesperson told me there was no delivery charge. I was trying to leave the store when I waited 30 minutes for the Stock person to wrap my piece as he was busy talking to the Manager in the back who was not interested in honoring his word about he "free" delivery. TI was trying to leave before this Customer Service Rep called my daugter a a @@@#$$. This was my first and last exchange at Raymour and Flanigan. There is a reason there are 4 cars in the parking lot on a Saturday. They are absolutely a "horror" to deal with and the so called Manager does not accept responsibility for his staff's actions. Save your $$$ and spend it someplace where people appreciate your business.
