My experience in store was AMAZING!.... We walked in to look at something for our new apartment, and Tiersa was there and spotted us looking around and offered to show us a few things, I can cant explain how helpful and knowledgeable she was about the products she sold! she made something that is exciting for us EVEN more exciting. She was cool and confident she helped us pick out pieces that were a mix of both of us and made us happy. She found us great sets for great prices too. I seriously cant wait to get everything set up, I cant thank Tiersa enough for her help.. If you go here, I highly recommend asking for her she will not disappoint!.

I had a good experience at this store when I bought a dresser and a chester drawer from this store. The sale rep was very helpful and answered all questions. When the items were delivered, my husband who was busy supervising work on the house signed the delivery note without removing the plastic from the items. The next days when we removed the plastic, we noticed a big crack on the dresser. Called the store right away and was referred to contact the extended warranty that we purchased. Have to now wait for another three weeks for someone to come take a look. If they come and fix the crack or replace the dresser,will probably give them 4 or 5 stars. Fingers crossed.

Even though the furniture is tasteful, the service was horrible. I entered to check out some sofas and a shop assistant kept asking me questions, and FOLLOWED me in the shop. I left shortly because I did not feel comfortable at all.
