I have to report a horrible experience today 1/24/2015 at ramour and flanigan in jersey city, new jersey, although there was closer stores I went there because I had a good experience in 2008, today it was totally opposite and I did not feel I was treated professionally, the sales person kept arguing the same points over and over again, she had no consideration to our time, she had to go to the manager for every little thing, when the manager Angela came out that was the icing on the cake, and I lost it. never again and my rating went from 5 stars to ZERO ZERO ZERO
