i though raymour and flanigan was a respectful store but no. my husband and i bought 2 sofas about 8 month ago and the sales representative (her name is rosanna) told us that the sofas were made in leather. and after 8 months the sofas began lose their color, we went to the store and they make and appointment for a specialist to come and see the sofas, when he came he told us that the sofa were not made in leather. when we were back to the store the manager (darleny) was really unprofessional, she told us that she spoke to the sales representative and that she never say that to us. and that they can not fix the problem. how can she come to us and act like we are lying. we spend almost 2000 and now they can not fix the problem. she made the sales of the month she should be happy for that.
