It's been about 6 months now since I made my purchase of a tempurpedic mattress, and every day it's more frustrating especially since I have to sleep on it nightly. When I went in to purchase The mattress I specifically asked if they honored a 90 day trial like the tempurpedic company does and they said yes. 60 days after I bought it they told me that this was not the case and I was stuck with the mattress. They were not very willing to work with me and I was even looking to exchange for a more expensive mattress. I would never buy from this company again as they don't value their customers or their commitments that are made.

I walked in the store mid-day yesterday just browsing. I met with a sales man named nelson. He helped to answer all my questions and was eager to make the sale as he should. I than wanted to buy a bed which looked as if it was great quality which was also backed by the sales men. asked for a deal since I was paying in cash and not financing and picking up and assembling my self. I was told and given the online sale price what ever I guess they dont work around prices like other places.
I never got the call the next day that my order was avalible for pick up so I was forced to called and was only then told that it was there. Upon arrival I went to the Paying dock and picked up my order. I saw one of the packages had a damaged box after asking for it to be opened I noticed the frame was scratched and dented as if it was dropped or banged The worker told me he also noticed it when they delivered and coached me how to present my problem to store management before asking me to sign a form saying everything was good with the order in a shady way.
I went in the store and spoke to the general manager janette sena and a manager Pedro. I told them my issue and Jenet looked at me and treated me as if she didnt care of my dilemma. I felt as if she did not care and as if I was beneath her. I was offered a new item for the next following 2 days which was not in my favor since I threw away my bed hopeing to have this on time and in mint condition considering that it was brand new and paid a considerable amount for, in the end I was so offended and displeased with the way I was treated and the attitudes of the managers that I opted for a full refund because my business was obviously not wanted or needed by the company they did absolutely nothing to secure me that my furniture would get to me in the condition that I expected or that it meant anything to them enough to secure my business I will never invest or rather waste my time with the company due to Jeanette Sena and the rest of the staffs lack of care or professionalism

I'm just here to leave a positive review for the sale representative, Fitzroy Taylor, who works at this Raymour and Flanigan location. My entire experience was over the phone but throughout the many phone calls I've made to speak to him to make a final decision on my order he was very patient, understanding and helpful. If anyone were to ever need assistance and happened to stop by this location try getting a hold of, Fitzroy Taylor.
I'm rating my experience with the rep. not my experience with the product.
