WORST experience ever. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go this place. They are a rip off.
I got my watch batteries changed from them. They replace the batteries and they tell me there's a problem with the watch movement, for which they were planning to charge me $35. When I told them I don't want to get it fixed, they return me my watch which works perfectly fine. After two months the battery dies. I went to them again to get it fixed and along with the batteries they replace the crystal that had a little crack, which I had asked them NOT to fix because of the amount they were charging me. Guess what, the crystal falls off within 15 mins I start wearing it.
Same thing with another watch for which they replaced the battery, the battery stopped working within 1 hour.

DO NOT GO TO RAY"S JEWELRY. WORST SERVICE EVER!

P.S. I wish I could give them negative stars, or at least no stars at all.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry here (diamond ring, diamond pendant and diamond hoop earrings) and have always loved their customer service and their prices. Quite obvious that they are my go to for jewelry since I have been shopping here for 15 years!

Kinda shady, wouldn't go back. High pressure sales tactics don't work with me.

I wanted to like them because they're right near my office and friendly enough, but they really bungled replacing my watch battery. All I needed was the battery replaced. They talked me into replacing the crystal face at the same time. Still, simple enough. However, when I got it back, the face of the watch (where the numbers are) kept rotating, the back of the watch was loose, and the time kept drifting out of whack. I brought it back and they repaired it for free, however a day or two later it all started happening again. I brought it back, they repaired it again (for free), and it was finally fixed. To me that just doesn't seem worth the trouble.

I sold a lot of old jewelry to these folks lately, and that was a great experience. However, when I chose to buy a ring with some of that credit, they let me down.

I bought the ring on a Thursday and they kept it to be sized, "see you next week". Now it's a week later and they are just full of excuses! Today (1 week later) I went in and overheard the sales associate say that it was only sent out yesterday - it takes 6 days to send a ring out for sizing???????

This tells me that they're great at selling, but cannot service what they sell. I will NOT shop here again!
