Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz

I was warned about businesses like this one in college. I thought this would be a reputable dealership until they tried the bait and switch. There were two GLKs listed on their website. One was $24,000 and one said to call to get the price, so I thought I would go there and look. I should have suspected something, since the internet only had stock pictures of the vehicles. They had to have my phone number, e-mail address, mailing address, and full name just to give me a price and to find out they did not have either vehicle. They had one similar for $33,000. That's $9,000 more! I think they should pay me for the hour of driving and gas. Take the vehicles off your website if you do not have them.

Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who asked if I wanted anything to drink. I was able to look at cars without a salesperson hovering trying to sell me something. When I was ready to speak to a salesperson, I met Brett Gardner. He was knowledgeable, easy to deal with and made my car buying experience effortless. He also helped me get the best price for the car. Brett is a good guy and a nice guy and at no time did I feel I was being taken advantage of. I felt like I was buying a car from my son.

When I went back to pick up the car Christopher Bradfield, the Product Concierge helped me learn my new car. It was as if this job was created for him. He was perfect. He is calm, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He does his job in a way that I did not feel anxious or bad that I took up so much of his time.

My whole car buying experience was wonderful. I was very impressed. I have never had this experience elsewhere when I had previously purchased Mercedes. Good job Ray Cantena!

I had an amazing experience at Ray Catena. Everyone who works there was very courteous and catered to my needs. Ed, who helped me select a C-Class that was compatible for me was very helpful and was able to walk me through the process of purchasing vs. leasing a car. As a first time car buyer, I feel great about my decision as well as my purchase. I would most definitely purchase another car from Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz.

From the moment I walked into the showroom, to the delivery of the vehicle, it was extremely relaxing and comforting knowing that we had a salesman that was knowledgeable and honest. Stan Baum helped me chose my next Mercedes model and once I did, he did all of the work. I returned the following day and I knew what I was paying and was completely satisfied (and pleasantly surprised). All of the paperwork was completed and the new car was ready to go. Dealing with Stan was an absolute pleasure and I never felt pressured or forced into anything. In fact, the opposite was true, I felt more like I was buying a good pair of shoes and when I walked out, I knew I had exactly what I wanted and not only was the fit right, but so was the color and style. I have to commend Ray Catena on employing people that have the work ethic that usually only the owner of a business has.
