Outstanding sales service by Noel Greenstein, I visited him 3 years ago and was unable to afford one at the time, knowing this he was still helpful and 3 years later I got my first Lexus through him.

They're the best service,Nancy sandos are very nice to me,never say no, Osama Jacob is great too, love them all like friends.

Just leased my third lexus.....second from Ray Catena. My experience with this dealership and particularly with my salesman, Osama Jacob - I specifically asked for him again... was stellar!! Obama helped me, as usual, through the process. He was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and simply a pleasure in every way to work with. He answered all my stupid questions with a smile. I can say the same for my past experience with their service department. Angel, their expert with the bluetooth solved a problem I was having pairing my cell with the car in 30 seconds flat. And Adrian gave me a needed lesson on how to use all the gadgets with the patience of a saint.
Love the car, love the dealership....what more can I say!!!

They are knowledgeable, customer friendly, more than fairly priced and, most importantly, they treat you like a human being. We have leased and purchased many cars from Lexus of Larchmont throughout the years. We have always found the entire staff to be extremely professional, courteous and pleasant. We recently leased another SUV Lexus and dealt with Jeff Hapoienu and Mike Liberti. They were informative, friendly, professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with.! The sales and service departments are excellent. We would never think of going anywhere else to purchase or lease our cars. We highly recommend them.
