Love the sunglasses. Hate the customer service, repeat, love the glasses but hate the customer service. Over 2.5 hours total wait time and even longer to get a call back from the 800 number. Luxottica I hope you are listening, you own employees will kill your company. There is maybe one decent customer rep on that department. My interaction with the warranty and repair service has been very poor on their part. Very abrasive and transactional individuals there. I really hope that changes soon.

Great ppl nice vibes. A lot of variety. For kids and for adults they have all kinds of sizes

Calling to speak to someone to ask them a simple questions but i dont get answer. No one is putting up the phone and i been callin since 5 its niw 6:20

Great store. Great service. I went there to get my Ray Bans fixed (they were crooked), it was done in a couple of minutes for free.
