Ray has been helpful in multiple instances on my Altima. He's worked on minor body work & under the hood, and always explains the reasoning behind the situation, which helps me learn how to avoid problems. Oh, and I appreciate how if you call ahead, he'll fit you in a for a quick oil change when necessary. I recommend him fully.
