I booked a last min massage and was disappointed. The lady running the show was very scattered both in her approach to getting me into and out of the room and during the massage. Although I felt relaxed during my massage I could tell she was not paying attention to what she was doing. The phone up front kept ringing and she left the room at one point to get a towel to wipe me off (something that should have been prepped before hand). Furthermore, I asked for a reflexology session and was told since I was pregnant that was not advised, so I had a 30 min leg/ foot rub which made sense. But she still charged me the reflexology price (almost $20 difference). For $70 plus tip my leg rub & spa experience was not worth it.
