I work at regent care to many years I seen a lot of abuse from aids and nurses towards the patiens is a lot of abuse that family don't even emaging there is a lot of cover up in there care

Beware and I really mean it. My mother was rushed to the hospital on three different occasions. She fell twice. On another occasion, the bathroom door came off the top hinge and left her trapped in the bathroom. You must monitor everything. My mother was dehydrated on two occasions. They never answered her bell and she was smart enough to call the police once. She also got the extension for the receptionist and would make requests through her. Nobody there cares...it's all about money.

Please have the aides be trained to have respect and kindness on the patients. They need to work more as a team and not pointing fingers to each other. There's not a lot of care and heart to the patients. The administration should be of service more and not a corporate style. They have lack of respect to each other, back stabbing and pointing each other for faults instead of focusing on the problem. The management needs more staff training for safety and to prevent falls, ulcers, and disinfectants. It is sad but what i saw in this place is a disgrace. It should start from the head management down to the lowest position to start changing their ways to have more human kindness, heart and good will.
