I give this place ZERO stars... the so call dressmaker ALBA is very unprofessional. I wasted my time with her and this place. She never contacted me to tell me she can not make the dress. BEWARE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME........

this place will rip you off beware , will never return nothing very pushy people that will scum your money and not return nor return calls nor nothing best thing to do is call consumer affairs and bbb will make money off of you !!!

I'm definitely not the type of person who has ever had a reason to write a review, but the customer service today at Raquel was the absolutely despicable. did not want to honor the return policy, and did not let me talk to a manager.
