I work for a small metal fabricator in Brooklyn. Truth be told, with me being pretty new to metal, their sales staff was really helpful because sometimes I'm not even sure how to describe what we were looking for. Rapid Steel's sales team really took their time to walk us through our needs and made sure we were getting the right material. Bonus: they delivered next day, at zero cost to me. Even though we'd be considered a 'small' customer, Rapid Steel really went above and beyond for us.

They are Terrible. They are slow, non reliable, will deliver late, won't follow up and send the wrong stuff and won't take it back. Spend your money somewhere else, the sales dept has the WORSE costumer service. Be smart stay away.
